Carl Michaels

Carlson Michaels is the founder of City Center Corporate Litigation. Michaels has built a team where the practice of law is focused on providing each and every client with aggressive criminal and civil litigation defense. Carl became well known and respected right from the beginning of his career. He is known for his personal attention, absolute discretion, and fierce representation for his clients.

 

Mr. Michaels received his undergraduate pre-law degree from Michigan State University. He received his Law Degree from the Columbia University School of Law in New York City. He has received several prestigious awards that are given to graduating students who demonstrated excellence in the practice of law and exemplified the highest standards of the legal profession.

 

Michaels was admitted to the bar to practice law in New York, and is a member of the bar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts presiding over New York and Washington DC.

City Center Corporate Litigation was founder in 1997. Progressing from a staff of six in 1997 to a staff of over 120 in 2018, CCCL continues to expand and refine its services as a leader in corporate representation.
